Superintendent Message

I hope all of you are doing well and have been able to stay healthy and productive! Just a couple of quick notes to keep you informed and up to date. On today’s conference call with the Commissioner of Education, Frank Edelblut, he indicated that hopefully by the end of this week we will know the status of NH schools for the coming weeks. As you can imagine he wishes to give schools, parents, and students as much heads up as possible as we continue to plan and navigate these challenging times. As soon as I know the status of the schools, I will be sure to share that information.

As we continue to improve our ability to provide quality education during this time of remote learning, I am pleased to announce that we have been able to utilize available resources and now provide Chromebooks for all of our 2nd graders! Thanks to our administrators and the tech department's quick work in identifying and preparing these devices, we will be issuing them tomorrow! Details of the drive thru pick up have already been sent to those parents!

Our school nurses have prepared an attachment for you (also available on our website) with some resources to stay healthy. They have also included their contact information as they wish to remind you that they too are available as a resource for the community. We are here to support you and we are in this together. Lastly, I want to remind you that we are having a virtual spirit day on Friday, March 27, 2020. All three schools have sent out details. Be on the lookout for them if you missed them. I encourage all students, parents, and staff to wear their school gear. Just because we are stuck at home doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun. Please take a photo and share them with your school administrators!
